Congratulations to newsXpress Halls Head for selling a division one winning Ticket is last Saturday’s $31 million lottery super draw.  The photo, from the Mandurah Mail, shows store manager Sharon King and owner Phillip Foo celebrating the win for one of their lucky customers.
