Using newsXpress Mother’s Day collateral

This display is just a small part of the overall Mother’s Day story this year at newsXpress Wetherill Park.

newsXpress provided members with a Mother’s Day collateral pack containing A1, A3 and A4 posters, all printed double sided for maximum flexibility.  This particular display at Wetherill Park uses some of the A3 and A4 posters.

Mother’s Day at newsXpress Harbourtown

The range of packaged gifts is ideal for time-poor newsagents, wrapped and ready to give as a gift.  This is a wonderful idea and makes for an appealing and attractive display.

Mother’s Day 2011 is very close and good retailers, like newsXpress Harbourtown, are making the most of these few days in the run down to the big day this coming Sunday.

Wonderful Mother’s Day window at newsXpress Yarram

They newsXpress Yarram team picked up on the lace treatment from the newsXpress Mother’s Day poster and included lace to frame the window.  They did the same with the hearts from the poster.

The result is a beautiful window which themes the whole business for the Mother’s Day season.

Mother’s Day Window at newsXpress Leongatha

Featuring wonderful Hallmark collateral and a selection of gifts, the window display featured Mother’s Day opportunities for mothers of all ages and situations.

Magazine Display of the Week: Ocean Grove

We like the display because it is bold, eye catching.  It takes the Royal Wedding story off the page and presents it is a fun yet respectful way.  It celebrates not only the wedding but also the Woman’s Day coverage.

Kudos to everyone at newsXpress Ocean Grove for conceiving and creating this display, especially to the bride for giving up her wedding dress.  There is no truth in the rumor that the dress is Cathy’s – one of the owners of the business.

newsXpress supports proactive engagement promoting magazines, making the most of the opportunity for this important products category is a key element of traffic generation.

Great kids range at Toorak

croco-toorak.JPGnewsXpress Toorak has put together a terrific display of the Crocodile Creek range from newsXpress preferred supplier Childsmart.  Facing customers as they enter the store, the display easily grabs attention thanks to the bright colours and appealing display.

The colourful range is more than attractive.  The products are made to strict standards considering the health of the users.  This is very important when it comes to food and drink containers.  newsXpress took this into consideration when bringing on the Crocodile Creek range.

Shoppers at Toorak in Victoria have an excellent range of Crocodile Creek products from which to choose thanks to the ranging commitment from newsXpress Toorak.

Easter on show in Launceston

easter-launceston.JPGnewsXpress Launceston has a terrific display promoting Easter cards, gifts and eggs on the dance floor.  This bright display is sure to drive excellent Easter sales this year.  It is visually appealling and well located.  They are also taking the opportunity to promote Better Homes and Gardens as part of the display in a nice basket building move.

Notice, too, the gift boxes on the table at the front of the table.  These are a great idea for the time poor shopper.

The team at newsXpress Launceston is making good use of the complimentary newsXpress and Hallmark marketing collateral for the Easter season … to signpost the display from the top down.  Well done!

Easter at newsXpress Manly West

Notice the placement of the newsXpress exclusive Easter posters above and in front of the terrific Easter display.  The newsXpress collateral pack contained these A1 double sided posters as well as A3 and A4 double sided collateral with which to promote the Easter season.

The seasonal collateral collateral pack of A1, A3 and A4 posters is provided without extra cost to newsXpress members.

Easter on show at Mortdale

Magazine Display of the Week: Ballarat!

cake-ballarat.JPGWell done to the team at newsXpress Ballarat.  What a stunning display for the Children’s Cake Book from ACP.  This is our newsXpress Magazine Display of the Week.  Not only is the display wonderful for the product, it looks very tasty with the cakes on display.  talk about interacting with the product!  This is a benchmark display as it demonstrates commitment to magazines and engagement beyond a traditional magazine display.

newsXpress the first group to seize the opportunity of the classic cake cookbook and as a result we have members who have sold more than 50 copies.  Moth of this has been incremental and impulse business.  It demonstrates the value of our focus on banking margin dollars.

Easter on show at newsXpress Sun Valley

easter-sunvalley.JPGnewsXpress Sun Valley has a terrific Easter display of products from newsXpress preferred suppliers up and driving good sales.  It is a nice high traffic location, making the most of early shopper interest for the Easter season.

Note their clever placement of entry forms for the newsXpress Easter Colouring Competition.  Well done!

Sales data from other retailers show that Easter products are being purchased six weeks out from the season so it is certainly not too early to get into this space and seize the opportunity.

Promoting Prevention magazine at Riverlink

prevention-riverlink.JPGnewsXpress Riverlink is promoting the new look Prevention magazine with this excellent display at their newspaper stand.  Shoppers are drawn to the bold display above newspapers and down the right hand side with a clever display using runners … wonderful visual merchandising on show.  The whole display has a real sense of retail theatre.

The new look Prevention magazine from Pacific Magazines is selling very well thanks to high profile high impact displays like this one at newsXpress Riverlink.

I Love Magazines at Knox City

ilove-knx.JPGnewsXpress Knox City is promoting the I Love Magazine campaign behind the counter as well as using the display unit from ACP magazines.

The display unit is being used to attract shoppers from the mall into the store while the behind-the-counter display is used to drive impulse purchases of these titles.

The co-location approach engaged by newsXpress Knox City is one of the pillars of the exclusive newsXpress magazine strategy.  Pretty displays are one thing, tactical engagement which leverages a campaign like I Love Magazine to its maximum commercial is another.

This is the another example of the newsXpress difference in action … driving value for our member businesses and for our suppliers.

Valentine’s Day in Orange

With plush used to attract shoppers and other products on offer in-store, it is no wonder that newsXpress is so well known in Orange and surrounding suburbs as the place to shop for gifts.

Back to School at newsXpress Ballarat

Valentine’s Day in Bairnsdale
