Another plush wall success for newsXpress

plushtoornewsXpress Toorak is enjoying excellent success with their new plush wall. While space is a challenge in the older shop-fit, the newsXpress team has found a way to make plush work and work it is. These products are selling very well to the customers in the Toorak Road location, helping bring in new shoppers and get existing shoppers spending more. This is an excellent success story without spending anything on shop-fit changes.

newsXpress introduced the plush wall concept to newsagents with engagement from several suppliers, marketing and VM advice and in-store support to turn a nice display into an excellent revenue and GP success story. The plush wall is another way newsXpress members are banking results.

Smart visual merchandising drives tea sales

tcleMore newsXpress stores are reporting success with tea, especially when they follow the VM advice form our VM experts, placing tea products with gifts and inspirational messages. This connects the tea opportunity with gift shoppers who are in-store and it also connects tea with people passing by who have interests in the other products. Since tea is not a traditional newsagency line it’s important to engage in a range of ways to help newsXpress members to show customers the range and connect them with tea as a perfect gift for almost all ages.
