I had the pleasure of having a good chat with Ted prior to this award and I was extremely impressed with his forward thinking and embracing of New Technologies within his Newsagency. Ted’s words to me were…
“Technology is the way of the future and should be embraced as such. Gradual changes in our industry to keep up with technology are necessary in order to maintain business. Traditional newsagents will not survive the current market if they refuse change.”
