Flood relief money stolen

A jar containing money donated to flood relief was stolen from the counter of newsXpress Lowood on the weekend.  The money was being collected by the newsXpress Lowood team to support the purchase of school books for flood affected children in Lowood.   1. Hope they catch him, plant him in the ground, draw lines on him and use him as a water level marker for the next flood.
