newsXpress Terrigal looking good after fire
newsXpress Terrigal is open for business in temporary accommodation following a fire which destroyed their premises. Thanks to the hard work of owners Andrew and Cathy, support from friends, family, local businesses and the newsXpress Business Development Managers responsible for this store, newsXpress Terrigal is looking terrific. A re-opening is being held this weekend to refresh interest in the store, the home for the business for the next twelve months.
Teacher gifts drive sales at Bairnsdale
The team newsXpress Bairnsdale has put together a good display promoting teacher and graduation gifts to customers shopping in the store. This is an excellent seasonal opportunity, especially in rural and regional locations. The cross over between gifts and greeting cards makes the promotion ideal for a newsagency. The key is promotion in a good high traffic location, as they have created at newsXpress Bairnsdale.

Hallmark Christmas ornaments at hit at Knox
newsXpress Knox is generating good sales with the Hallmark Christmas ornaments. The display behind the counter is proving very effective for attracting shopper attention and driving impulse purchases.
The Knox team has also located a bold display of the Hallmark ornaments at the front of the store facing into the shopping mall.
The ornaments are an excellent point of difference since they are only available from a limited number of locations.
Doggy Bank sells out for Christmas
The Doggy Bank sourced by newsXpress for our Christmas offer has sold out according to our supplier. We found out when one of our stores wanted to order extra stock having sold out of their allocation. Talk about a great success story! Stores promoting the Doggy Bank at the counter in an uncluttered location with one out of the box for customers to play with are reporting the best results.
UPDATE: Our supplier has advised that new stock arrives next week.
Inspiring gifts driving sales
