newsXpress thanks Diamond sponsors

nx_diamond_sponsors.jpgnewsXpress is grateful to Hallmark Cards, Jenlist Distribution and Pacific Magazines for their tremendous support of our National Newsagent Conference next month in Melbourne.  Their financial and other assistance is helping newsXpress create a valuable and memorable conference for newsagents.

Supplier support is crucial for newsagent conferences on the scale newsXpress is planning for next month.  Hallmark, Jenlist and Pacific Magazines have been helpful in creating this event since day one.  This support has encouraged newsXpress to work hard to create a conference which will benefit all newsagents and their suppliers.

Hallmark is newsXpress strategic supplier of greeting cards, wrap and gifts.  Jenlist is key technology products supplier of mobile phones, mobile phone starter kits, mocks and a range of personal technology products.  Pacific magazines provides many popular magazines including New Idea, Women’s Health,  Better Homes & Gardens, Weight Watchers, Prevention, Diabetic Living, Famous, In Style, Home Beautiful, Girlfriend, That’s Life, Marie Claire, Men’s Health, K Zone, Who and Your Garden.

newsXpress helps members achieve great sales of Prevention magazine

fhn_prevention_sep09.JPGnewsXpress is pleased to have been able to help many members access additional stock for the launch issue of Prevention magazine.  As soon as we saw sales data half way through the first day on-sale we knew Prevention would sell very well.  We put out a call to members and those who responded were able to secure backup stock thansk to Gordon & Gotch and Pacific Magazines before supplies ran out.  Early intervention  by newsXpress driven by good sales data helped many of our members achieve excellent sales results.

This is another example of the newsXpress difference at work.  We work hard for our members on big projects and small.  Mutual engagement is the key to success.

Help with visual merchandising

newsXpress and Retail Radio have joined forces to create newsXpress Radio, an exclusive to newsXpress in-store customer entertainment and advertising platform.

Delivering live news mixed with music, newsXpress Radio will provide a platform off of which newsXpress and its preferred suppliers can help drive incremental sales.

Unlike other in-store radio offers, newsXpress radio will be live between 7am and 6pm. This will ensure up to date real news bulletins. It will also facilitate timely coverage of events in a way which helps drive weekly magazine and daily newspaper sales.
